 Mark Melluish
Mark Melluish is the Senior Pastor at St Paul's. Married to Lindsay, they have 5 children and have been at St Paul's for 16 years. Mark and Lindsay are also part of the leadership team of New Wine, which is a network of over 700 churches. Under Mark's leadership St Paul's has grown to become a multi congregational church with one church plant.

Lindsay Melluish
Lindsay is married to Mark and works with him as an Associate Pastor. In addition to all this, her role is to oversee the women’s and family ministries as well as helping with leadership training.
Alongside Mark, Lindsay is part of the leadership of New Wine Conferences, where she is a regular speaker. Together they have written a book and pioneered a parenting course, Family Time, which is now running in many churches in this country and abroad.

Barry and Jill Hingston Barry is one of the Curates at St Pauls, Ealing. He is married to Jill, they have three teenage boys and live in Hanwell.

 TimSaiet Tim is a curate here at St Pauls. He has a passion for men's ministry and evangelism. Tim is an avid supporter of Arsenal FC.

 Ray Elliott
Ray’s role on the staff team is threefold. To develop the Prison Ministry which includes involvement in running Alpha courses in Wormwood Scrubs Prison for inmates; to oversee the programmes of Church building work; and also to head up the Besom in Ealing with Peter Shaw. He has been member of St Paul's for many years. Kairos Prison Ministry.

Simon & Sarah Parry
Simon is the Children's Pastor with the responsibility of overseeing all work with the 0-10's. Simon & Sarah have a number of years experience with working with children in the Vineyard church's as well as being involved with the Great Big God music and events.
Laura Garrett Laura is our amazing youth pastor who joined us from Oxford Brookes where she studied Performing Arts and Theology. She has a passion for getting to know the young people of the church and standing alongside them. She also spends time developing links in one of our local secondary schools. She and her fiance are keen Liverpool supporters!

Peter Shaw
Peter has been working as an Intern here at St Pauls, dividing his time between the Besom in Ealing project, Youth work and helping Ray with the upkeep of the church buildings. Picture to follow.

 Eoghan & Becky Heaslip Eoghan & Becky have been part of the staff team at St Pauls since January 2007. They have oversight of worship & prayer at St Pauls. As a couple they have a deep desire to see everyone grow in their relationship with God

Cathy Webber
Cathy has been a member of St. Pauls and was the Treasurer for many years. For the past number of years Cathy has worked as Mark’s Personal Assistant both for St. Pauls and for the New Wine Conferences.

Rae Troke
Rae has been part of the team at St. Pauls for many years. She is responsible for all the church administration and the management and bookings of the church premises. She is the face of the church to all those who use our halls during the week.

 Polly Neill
Polly joined the staff team to help provide administrive support for the growing children's and youth ministry. Her role also includes keeping the St Paul's family up to date with church events.
