Church Life
As a church we desire to equip, teach, train and encourage all those who attend St. Pauls, wherever they are in their relationship with God. We do this in a number of ways:
Sunday services We realise that people’s lifestyles and tastes are different, which is one of the reasons we run four Sunday services each week: at 8am, 9.15am, 11am and 6.30pm. You’re sure to find one that suits you.
Life Groups
Groups in which you can be discipled, prayed for and build strong friendships are so important in a large church like ours. That’s why we have many different small groups you could be a part of, whether you want one close to where you live, for 20s and 30s, for men or women only, in the morning or at lunchtimes.
Youth work There’s loads happening for young people at St. Pauls: cell groups, Sunday morning Exodus, Sunday night Upper Room, the Life youth congregation, Flava on Friday nights and, of course, football.
Children’s work We see children’s work at vitally important and run six different groups on Sunday mornings, each geared towards a specific age range. Then there’s Great and Small for pre-schoolers on Wednesday mornings, Krafty Kids on Saturdays and Breakout on Tuesday nights.
Women’s Ministry St. Pauls aims to build up and support women in their faith through Daylight groups on Thursday mornings, prayer triplets, breakfasts and conferences on Saturdays and evening outreach events.
Men’s Ministry We want St. Pauls to be a place where men feel at home. That’s why we offer a range of activities specifically for men including breakfasts, magnet groups, football, golf and a lunchtime men’s group.
Prayer We know that we can do nothing without prayer. We provide many opportunities for you to gather with others to pray including a regular prayer meeting, prayer breakfasts, prayer triplets and magnet groups and prayer chains.
