Missions Work

St Paul's is a church that is totally committed to extending the Kingdom of God throughout the world. To this end we commit to giving 10% of all our income to missions work every year.

We support many different projects both abroad and in our local community.  Much of our missionary giving goes to church members that we support on an annual basis, who work on projects both abroad and in our local community. Some goes as one-off donations to Christian organisations with a Mission outreach.

The Missions Committee is made up of members of our church family who prayerfully and carefully consider any requests that they receive before taking them to the PCC to be accepted.

Walking with the Maasai -

Recently several members of the Maasai from Kenya spent a month in London, visiting local schools, churches and then travelling to Shepton Mallett for the two weeks of New Wine to promote the work of 'Walking with the Maasai' in Kenya. Most of them had never been to Nairobi and so this visit was quite a challenge!
