Developing leaders is seen as a key ministry at St Paul’s and everyone who is involved in a ministry is encouraged to attend the leadership course. There is an initial course and then on going training. At the initial course, Mark and Lindsay, who teach it together, cover a variety of subjects some of which are listed as follows…
